An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and highly organised individual to join our team as the Head of Safeguarding.

We have built a reputation for delivering pioneering services and outstanding outcomes for the people in our care.

The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced safeguarding professional to lead safeguarding within the organisation. You will have significant knowledge within safeguarding and the requisite experience to support this. You will have high level communication skills that works with all levels of the organisation and is able to effectively support our teams across the organisation. You will have worked across all areas of safeguarding and be used to producing reports for our Safeguarding Committee and Executive Board.

Ideally you will be educated to masters level or equivalent level of experience and a formal qualification in safeguarding. You will be supported with your continuing professional development within this role and a comprehensive induction to the organisation.

Ideally the successful candidate will be in a similar role as this is a role that covers the whole organisation. You will report to the Director of Nursing and Executive Lead for safeguarding, you will be part of a small and friendly team that is motivated and provides a very supportive environment in which to work.

Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check
