Role: 111 Health Advisor.

Location: St Charles Hospital, St Charles Centre for Health & Well-Being, Exmoor Street, London, W10 6DZ. Please note that this role is office-based at St Charles Hospital, London, W10 6DZ and includes working at weekends, evenings and bank holidays when required. It is therefore essential that you can travel to and are resident within reasonable commuting distance of this location.

Salary:up to £28,000 per annum, pro rata

Basic Salary: £19,000 per annum, pro-rata, plus unsociable hours enhancements and recruitment and retention bonus.

Hours: Full Time (37.5 Hours).Rotation of shifts requiring work during evenings, daytimes, overnights and Bank Holidays. Includes the Christmas and New Year period. We are looking for applicants who are able to demonstrate in their application form and at interview: previous experience working and communicating with the public with a strong emphasis on customer service. The role will require you to remain calm in the face of great pressure, communicate with, and build rapport with people from a variety of backgrounds. You will possess a professional and thorough approach to work, and you will be expected to build upon your personal development and enhance your problem-solving skills. You must be committed to the role, able to work unsocial hours and flexible to meet service/rota needs. You will receive internal training to enable you to be fully equipped and empowered to totally perform this role.

What You Need To Do Next?

Successful candidatesmustbe able to commit to our 10-week induction programme.

Please note that in the event of you being successful at the Online Assessment Centre, the recruitment team will confirm when the next CM1 Training will start. The 4 weeks of training will be either classroom-based or virtual, training will be taking place at Martin House, UB2 4RP or St Charles Hospital, London, W10 6DZ. You will need access to a laptop or tablet and a pair of headphones in order to take part in the virtual training. You will also need to pass training before your employment is confirmed.
