What will the apprentice be doing?
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate close deals and handle complaints /objections
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Learners will have to complete a Sales Executive Level 4 apprenticeship standard. This will be delivered by The Apprenticeship College via live virtual session on a monthly basis.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On successful completion of the apprenticeship apprentice will have an opportunity to go forward for a permanent position
