What will the apprentice be doing?
Bidwells are looking for an Apprentice Building Surveyor to work in our Building Surveying division. Our award-winning team injects fun into everything they do. From surveying an industrial shed in the middle of the Oxford to Cambridge Arc to refurbishing a high-end office in central London, our knowledge and expertise is vast. Working as a team is key to our success and we love the diversity of what we do and the variety of challenges each site brings.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The successful candidate will be supported in undertaking a Chartered Building Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship.
From the beginning there will be close training for between 6 to 12 months that will incorporate shadowing a number of different Surveyors on different instructions. Thereafter, the role will evolve into developing towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor. This will all be part of a structured training plan that will be tailored to suit the candidate.
