In your new role you will be responsible for providing assistance to the growing Recruitment and Compliance teams. You will help with tasks such as data entry, processing legal documents andinternal paperwork, and understanding the system.

Tasks will include:
  • Planning appointments to travel to different locations across the UK to meet new candidates and ensuring all the correct documentation is complete and the necessary training has been carried out before taking them on
  • Perform various general administrative duties such as the gathering of internal information in response to client requests
  • Verifying legal documents such as passports, right to work documents, driving licence, etc.
  • Ensuring knowledge on government policies surrounding right to work is up to date
  • Planning and conducting seminars and open days/workshops for healthcare professionals to attend
  • Auditing our candidates' files to ensure they meet framework and trust requirements
  • Creating appointments with doctors to conduct interviews as part of the pre-employment process
  • Carrying out the appropriate right to work checks, DBS (CRB) applications and international police check applications
  • Educating our candidates on not only the regulations, but also the impact on the business andclients if these are not complied with
  • Reporting back to the business to highlight or escalate areas of concern, creating plans to resolve the issues and ensure that my findings are recorded and followed up with management
  • Monitoring doctors' compliance in line with laws, regulations, internal policies
  • Booking candidates onto different training courses and in for blood test appointments at various locations across the UK
  • Maintaining a high level of compliance on candidates' files
  • Keeping up to date with various trainings
  • Covering/assisting colleagues with their work when required
  • Maintaining a high standard of work and very strong work ethic in order to meet KPI's
