As part of our newly created apprenticeship scheme we are now seeking 4 apprentices to join our regional division across the following disciplines:
  • Apprentice Quantity Surveyor
  • Apprentice Land buyer
  • Apprentice Development manager
  • Apprentice Site manager

The main duties and tasks of a Construction Site Supervisor are:
  • Supervision of specialist contractors
  • The control of health and safety standards on construction projects
  • Recording, control and reporting of progress on a construction project
  • The minimisation of the environmental impact of construction projects
  • Control of quality of works on a construction project
  • Assisting commercial staff with the monitoring of costs on a construction project

Our apprenticeship programme is an opportunity to join the UKs leading retirement builder, gaining qualifications, skills and industry experience whilst you earn. You will study for a recognised qualification in your chosen career through day or block release to college. The programme consists of a rotation through our departments, so that you get a rounded knowledge and experience of the industry, how different teams interact and support each other. To set you up for success, throughout the programme you will get support from your manager, a work place mentor, and your fellow apprentices along with development in topics such as team work and leadership from the talent and learning team.

Desired qualifications

  • GCSE or equivalent English and maths at grades A-C/9-5(achieved or predicted)
  • A Level or equivalent Level 3 Course at A-C/9-5 (achieved or predicted)
