Reporting to the Sales & marketing Executive you will be responsible for:
  • The primary objective of the role is to build, manage and nurture external relationships and sell away day experiences
  • Building a client base of companies to experience our Corporate Away Days
  • Build a following for both B2B and B2C via email campaigns, social media, direct marketing using the Away Day Salesforce CRM system
  • Target new clients, business development, sharing information, creating content to show the benefits / and value to companies and their teams via calls, emails and social media
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and customers to build a sales pipeline
  • Link up and begin to build relationships with HR Directors, Directors, Managers and key decision makers

Candidate Experience:
  • The ability to naturally build and maintain relationships
  • A natural drive and passion for sales, targets and achieving goals
  • Confident and outgoing with clear communication skills, the confidence to strike up conversation with anyone on a call or in person
  • Able to work with a positive attitude, a self-starter and enthusiastic
  • Be proactive, self-motivated and focused to work towards becoming a successful sales executive
  • Empathy and ability to understand customer viewpoint always delivering exceptionalcustomer service
  • Have some ideas and creativity when building email campaigns. About the message being sent rather than just selling an Away Day experience
