We have looking for a skilled Administrator for Sheffield Northern General Hospital.

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 3-6 months Temporary role, could be extended.

This is a band 2 paying £9.21ph

Duties:

  • The successful candidate will be working with HR to recruit new workforce - Posting ads, screening, working candidates through rec process.
  • The workers must be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Assist in the preparation of adverts, job descriptions/AFC bandings and person specifications
  • ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and the promotion of the Trust as an employer of choice
  • Assist the Recruitment Team to ensure the provision of an effective recruitment and selection
  • Provide a service for centralised recruitment programmes including bulk nursing and midwifery and apprenticeship programmes other areas may be developed as appropriate.
  • Attend recruitment open days and student information briefings where appropriate to promote the programmes and advise applicants on recruitment and selection processes.

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Microsoft knowledge
  • Knowledge of NHS System
  • Recruitment/ HR experience
