Duties to include:
  • First 100 Days immerse into business and understand the overall Business and gain a "holistic" view of what we do now and how that is delivered.
  • Identify and define where the business needs to go Digitally
  • Build strong stakeholder management with all Heads of Department
  • Build and deliver the "Digital Business Architecture" to take the business forward as we grow exponentially over the next two years
  • Long term planning/Designing a roadmap for the business, working out the businesses MACRO aims and goals
  • To review and define the future path beyond cs cart eg magento
  • Will be given the "space to lead and grow" in this opportunity
  • Mentored by TMG Chairman
  • Communicating with various departments ensuring business needs are being delivered
  • Assisting in the organisation of the business Digital operations, such as looking at ways to enhance the customer experience by analysing the business process model and ways it can be improved
  • Using Data to propose a solution and back the above point up

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Ability to understand Digital functions of a business platform
  • Good at working with numbers and can correlate data
  • Problem solver - Can identify a problem and propose solutions moving forward
  • An excellent understanding of social media
  • Has experience using/operating a Shopify website
  • Good knowledge of the sporting market, in particular Formula 1
  • Confident in building medium-long term plans and presenting solutions to improve business infrastructure
  • Mathematically competent, able to analyse costs and identify ways to improve budget.
  • Clued up on social media platforms and the benefits to a business
  • Very technical, IT Savvy e.g good knowledge of various software

Personal qualities

  • Confident in working within an exec team and with management
  • Able to present findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent mathematics skills
  • Able to write in depth reports
  • Sociable person, able to work in a sometimes digital team meaning can work on their own - therefore reliable
  • A mature candidate with experience in managing a team/person is preferred
  • A real desire to want to work hard and reap the benefits

Desired qualifications

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and maths).
