- Provision of analysis and reporting requirements to all internal departments.
- Ensuring quality and integrity of data is maintained to highest standard
- Support Head of Marketing by providing detailed analysis on customer file acquisition, retention and churn across all channels to help aid and support the marketing strategy
- Assist with budget planning by producing forecasts
You will achieve a Operations or departmental manager, Level 5 (Higher national diploma) Apprenticeship and progress to the next level of qualification if desired.
You will gain an Operations or departmental manager, Level 5 (Higher national diploma).
This will be delivered in the workplace in conjunction with your assessor coach and our training partner Northern Training AcademyWhat is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On completion of training there may be an opportunity of full-time employment, and progression onto the next level of qualification.
