The Role:

There are shift's available across our sites, consisting of short days (7.5hrs), long days (12hrs) & nights (10.75hrs) giving you the options to support an improved work life balance.

With your clinical experience we are looking for someone that has a passion for caring, great communication skills and the resilience to help enhance our patient's lives. You will be working alongside a wide range of multi-disciplinary professionals, all striving to achieve positive outcomes for services users.

Skills/Responsibilities:

To apply for this post, you will need:
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Have a minimum of 3 months UK Health Care Assistant experience gained within the last 2 years.
  • All Health Care Assistants must be either a Student Nurse or have attained a level 2 (or above) NVQ, QCF, BTEC or an Apprenticeship Diploma in Health and Social Care Post 2011 or hold a Care Certificate from an NHS Organisation.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Have a minimum of 3 months UK Health Care Assistant experience gained within the last 2 years.
  • Are currently studying General/Adult Nursing (as a Student Nurse) and completed a minimum of 12 weeks clinical placement.
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of record keeping.
  • Be able to work as an independent practitioner.
  • Be proficient in the delivery of care to patients.
  • Undertake regular mandatory training.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
