What will the apprentice be doing?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Buyer to join our Buying team based in Carlisle.
Overview of the role:
1. Responsible for sourcing, developing and delivering a commercially focused and well balance product range alongside the Merchandiser
2. Aiming to develop ranges to maximize sales and profit aligned to brand market position/ value.
3. Continually exceed customer expectations through delivering a consistent , commercial , well balanced range
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be given all relevantin house training to complete your role.
Along with this you will gain a buying and merchadising qualification. This will be delivered in the workplace with continued support form you assessor coach and workplace mentor.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once you have completed your qualification you will be given the opportunity to progress to the next level within the team.

Things to consider
Mandatory Skills: · Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems. Desirable Attributes: · Microsoft Office technology experience. · Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking. · Basic understanding of backup technologies. · Previous experience with Adobe products
