Job Title: Personal Assistant to Directors Apprenticeship
Location: Southwick, East Sussex
Salary: GBP20k per annum
Full time: Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break per day
Responsibilities
Liaising with the company HR Consultant
Follow & complete the onboarding process for new employees and leavers
Hold & document employee return to work meetings
Book review meetings for Managers & their team members
Taking minutes for meetings
Carry out & document employee DSE Desk Assessments
Feedback all relevant HR information to Directors
General housekeeping - Ensuring the office/meeting room is clean, tidy, and presentable, recycling and waste is not overspilling.
Meet & Greet visitors, offer refreshments, ensure the visitors book is completed for accountability purposes.
Provide refreshments for Director's meetings
Director diary management
Organising & updating Client Account numbers for reporting purposes
Stock Management & Replenishment
Digitally filing documentation
Assisting the Operations Director in implementing processes to significantly reduce the admin within the business
General office admin duties
Answering incoming calls
Providing excellent telephone and written communication
Other duties/special projects as determined by the Directors
Adhere to company and statutory policies and SLA's
Desired skills
Previous experience in an office is essential
Confident & proficient in MS Office packages
Natural flair for delivering high levels of Customer Service and communication
Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines
Personal qualities
Being a Team player - understand the importance of collaborative working
To have a solution-oriented approach to everything you do
Keen to learn new technologies
Desired qualifications
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and maths at grade 4 / C or above is desired.
