Graduate Administrator
North West London
GBP20000 - GBP25000
A boutique start up based in North West London are currently looking to recruit a bright Graduate to join their Administrative team on a permanent full time basis. Working across various departments, this position will be extremely varied and will consist of the following duties:
*Providing administrative support to the Team
*Managing and processing applications and bank instructions
*Maintaining and updating the in house database
*Dealing with incoming emails and correspondence
Managing incoming calls from clients regarding Loans
*Dealing with insurance companies, banks and stock brokers via phone and email
*Processing new business and producing client packs
*Building client relations and liaising with high net worth individuals
*Filing, faxing and scanning confidential correspondence
Skills and Attributes:
*Educated to degree standard in a relevant subject
*Previous administration experience within any professional sector
*Excellent IT skills
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
