Job Details

Duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Gather Requirements
  • Design solutions from the requirements gathered
  • Map these requirements to solutions in Dynamics 365
  • Support existing customers, be able to take information and work on problems
  • Take calls from customers and log into the internal system
  • Create formal documents from information gathered to present to customers and/or colleagues
  • Programming work using C#, JavaScript, jQuery, Typescript, JSON, HTML5, MVC, Bootstrap

  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Basic understanding of programming

  • Aptitude and interest in learning new technologies and skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team


Desired qualifications

112 UCAS points from A-Levels or Level 3 BTEC (including IT or Computer Science) or completion of a Level 3 IT apprenticeship (or equivalent).
