- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders from the different technical education routes.
- Develop and draft recommendations for Ministers and senior staff on policy changes and additional support for employers.
- Support other ad-hoc policy development and projects across the team as priorities arise.
- Support the development and implementation of an employer engagement strategy on Industry Placements.
