You will work as a Charge Nurse at Clipstone House in Mansfield, which is part of our Learning Disability and Autism division and is a registered care service that embraces and balances the management of risk with comfort, homeliness, dignity, respect and choice.

With previous experience from the NHS or private care as a Registered Nurse , you will be responsible for the clinical environment as you provide leadership to your peers and manage the clinical services throughout the wards and units.

What you will be doing

As a Charge Nurse, you will be working within a team that includes a range of professionals to support people with learning disabilities and/or autism at Clipstone House in Clipstone, Nottinghamshire.

No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn't like a free massage at work?

This service operates 24/7 you will work shifts including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
