To help us on our journey, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to start your HR career as part of a small and friendly HR team supporting an organisation who are experts in making the world a cleaner, longer lasting place.
We’re looking for someone who is interested in how organisations work, comfortable using your own initiative, enjoys working collaboratively and likes to find ways to make improvements.
You will be someone with good attention for detail, good communication skills and a positive approach to learning. You’ll have experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel, be well-organised and have achieved grade 5 or higher in English and Maths GCSE.
You’ll have the opportunity to study for and attain your CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) Level 3 qualification, alongside on-the-job learning and experience.
