Our Biometrics Graduate Academy could lead you into career in Clinical Data Management or Central Monitoring

  • Clinical research is a highly diverse industry, with exposure to clinical development programs and compounds that shape people's lives with new medications and treatments
  • You will be embedded exclusively within one of our large pharmaceutical clients working across many therapeutic areas, such as immunology, infectious diseases (including COVID-19) or cancer research.
  • You will become a core team member supporting the collection / management and analysis of patient data in clinical trials
  • You will benefit from an extensive training programme covering all aspects of the clinical trial industry and tailored development programs for each role, with opportunities for career progression

Roles / Responsibilities

  • Analysis of project data using a wide range of computer applications, database systems, data visualisation and dashboards, to identify outliers, risks and trends in the clinical data
  • Provide input to protocols / study processes /procedures and innovate with new technologies
  • Ensure quality of the clinical data, to deliver high-quality, reliable, complete and statistically sound data used in submissions to regulatory authorities

  • BSc (MSc preferred) Life Science degree with a strong desire to work within a CRO and/or the pharmaceutical industry
  • Comfortable working within a project team and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong desire to work with a dynamic international team with a focus on career development
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • High computing/technical skills, including use of Excel
  • Enjoy working with data, and have an analytical mindset, with knowledge of statistical concepts
