Want to get your foot in the door working for a successful, established and multi award-winning digital agency?
The role
This is an entry level graduate program. My client is looking for a bright, ambitious individual to enhance their experienced team of digital professionals across business development, account management and client services functions.
You will be joining a structured talent development programme, which will give you the practical skills on which to found your career. In your first three months you will have insight into the entire agency including experience of the sales cycle, marketing, the agency's diverse digital offering, project management, client retention and everything in between.
They will provide coaching in business fundamentals, client management, pitching, networking and writing for business and will support you with personal mentoring. From the start, you will have the opportunity to shadow Account and Project Managers and participate in weekly team and staff meetings. Basically - they will help you develop your competencies and pursue your interests to find your forte!
About you
You must have a curiosity about the Digital Marketing and Technology industry. You will have excellent writing ability, confident verbal communications skills and strong attention to detail. You will come from a prestigious, ideally Russell Group University, with a 2:1 or above in any subject. Although you'll begin under supervision and guidance, you will be a quick and adaptable learner who is ready to take on responsibility.
This is a full-time, on-site role at the company's stylish London office by London Bridge.
You'll get:
* A full-time permanent contract
* Up to GBP25,000 salary with brilliant progression and opportunities for commission

* A formal training programme with internal and external coaching
* Minimum of 5 additional paid training days per year
* Private healthcare
