- General office and compliance administration
- Other ad hoc assistance and tasks
- Collection, collation and appropriate distribution of project documentation within applicable timescales
- Liaison with third parties to achieve project documentation completion
- Contact with customers to keep them up-to-date regarding their project file

- Proficiency with Microsoft office, in particular, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Ability to talk to customers and third parties on the phone and represent the company
- Have excellent organisational & interpersonal skills
- Be adaptable, flexible and a quick learner
- Be willing to assist in different areas of the business as required
- Have excellent attention to detail
