Band 7 - BA Job Advert

Our DT&I Transformation Programme team have a number of exciting opportunities for Business Analyst roles that we are currently recruiting for.

The successful candidates will be joining us during an adventurous time as programme delivery embarks on numerous Trust wide transformation programmes.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and understanding the business problems and requirements of our specific project and change initiatives. You will then work with the wider DT&I Programme teams to ensure your deliverables are completed in line with the agreed timescales and to support the Transformation Programme with improving operational service delivery, for the organisation.

You will be responsible for all Business Analysis activities for your assigned projects, including:
  • Strong Stakeholder Management
  • Conducting DT&I feasibility studies across the Trust.
  • Requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation
  • Understanding and documenting business processes
  • Defining and supporting Transformation activities.
  • Responsible for identifying future business process models to support new services developed as part of the Digital Transformation Programme, which will improve our service delivery both internally within DT&I and externally amongst wider teams.
  • Act as the central control point for business analysis activities across multiple projects and programmes.
  • Strong written skills to produce BA documentation and reports for the senior management teams.
  • Work closely with the Apollo team to ensure a joined up approach with current and future systems
  • Work with Project Managers to support transformation activities throughout the lifecycle of the projects delivered by DT&I

The successful candidate will have experience of working with senior stakeholders, be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation and problem solving skills and the ability to disseminate complex information to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
