We have a fixed term 8 month maternity cover post available from August 2021 in the community paediatric physiotherapy department at West Acklam Centre. This post is a part time position and covers children and young people of school age.

There will be opportunities to work with a varied caseload dependent upon skillset of applicant, these may include musculo-skeletal, neuro-developmental, rheumatology, sensory integration and respiratory. We work in a variety of settings as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The applicant would be expected to have a good general knowledge of physiotherapy in particular MSK conditions. They would be part of an experienced team, training and mentorship would be available.

We are looking for a highly motivated paediatric physiotherapist with excellent communication and organisational skills with a flexible approach to the role, to join our well established and innovative team. You should be a chartered and HCPC registered physiotherapist with postgraduate experience plus paediatric clinical knowledge and membership of a relevant paediatric special interest group.
