Quality Assurance Administrator
GBP23,000 per annum
Otley - Remote working in place
Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm (40 hours)

Due to continued success we are looking to recruit a talented, enthusiastic and professional individual to join our existing Quality Assurance team, providing language assessment, examinations and compliance services across UK Government.
As Quality Assurance Administrator your day to day role will see you responsible for:
* Critical analysing of assessment reports, providing feedback prior to execution
* Conducting feedback surveys and presenting results
* Management of appeals, complaints and dissatisfaction
* Working with Directors and Senior Managers on new projects and initiatives
* Helping to design new services and deliver improvements to existing
* Effectively prioritising, arranging and confidently delivering assessments.
* Critically reviewing assessments to confidently discuss and provide feedback.
* Handling all aspects of client, interpreter and assessor queries.
* Providing real-time customer care to clients, interpreters and assessors.
* Maintain effective communication channels with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience sought:
* Educated to Degree level.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confident working with data and numbers. Using Excel to analyse and present data.
* Excellent written skills, therefore able to articulately draft emails, reports and presentations for clients and service users.
* Experience of working with Compliance, Audits, and Quality Assurance or from within a regulated environment would be desirable, but not essential.
* Able to work to key deadlines as part of the wider team within a temporary home setting environment
* Excellent communicator - therefore allowing you to be involved in team and client meetings
* Confident using IT including Microsoft Office packages.
* Internet speed of 30Mbps minimum
