A rotation-based finance graduate scheme providing an introduction to all aspects of Group Finance and support through your accountancy qualification, for an ambitious and determined graduate.

Candidate Profile:
The candidate will be an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual, with an interest in immersing themselves in a wide variety of tasks. A finance-related degree is not required.
- Recently graduated with an impressive educational background
- Ambition to build a career in finance
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills - persuasive, confident and possess sound intellect
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a variety of challenges presented in a day to day working environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of timely and accurate financial reporting
- Develop relationships within each of the different finance teams to aid professional development
- Build technical knowledge to support local teams
- Contribute to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the Group consolidation
- Develop proficiency in a variety of different finance systems used in key areas of the business
- Maintain and improve financial reporting procedures
- Assist in the day to day cash management of the business
