What will the apprentice be doing?
The successful applicant will be required to assist in the enhancement and expansion of the Council's customer service digital solutions, externally to the public and internally to departments.
The successful applicant will undertake a range of digital and customer services development duties, including intelligence led business process redesign maximising the opportunities presented by technology to enhance service delivery.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The successful applicant will achieve a Level 6 Digital & Technology Solutions Professional (integrated degree) on completion of their apprenticeship.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The successful candidate on completion of their apprenticeship will have the opportunity to apply for any related vacancies as and when they arise.
