We are looking for a highly motivated Organisational Development Officer to join our newly established OD Team for a 12 months maternity cover.

We are looking for someone to join our small but dynamic team to help deliver Organisational Development strategy across the Trust whilst putting our people in the heart of what we do.

Current projects include the new Appraisal role out, Leadership Basics, Recruitment Training, Embedding of new Behaviours, Peer Supporter Recruitment, Disability Confident Leadership and Support Services Apprenticeships.
