Are you a Registered Nurse, maybe you have recently qualified or you are thinking about returning to nursing?

CSH Surrey are excited to announce the newly developed rotation programme for nurses and are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who have a passion for delivering excellent patient focused care to join us.

The programme has been tailored for recently qualified nurses, return to practice nurses and those who are interested in a change of direction. The programme will give you the foundation on which to successfully build your nursing career.

The positions are fixed term for 18 months and each six month placement has been designed to offer a structured preceptorship, core clinical skills training, professional development and the opportunity to gain clinical competencies.
The placements are within Community Nursing, Rapid Response and our Community Hospitals.
Your preceptor will act as your clinical coach, guiding your transition and acquisition of clinical skills and knowledge and support further development planning for your future career.
