Integral to this role is the ability to effectively communicate with the patient, families and carers, and the multi-disciplinary team, including therapists, social services; as some patients require complex discharge planning.

You will be expected to act as a positive role model to junior and unregistered staff, demonstrating an interest in developing the ward and working towards maintaining and improving the standards of care.

We pride ourselves on delivering high standards of care and you will need to demonstrate how you will ensure this through your application and as part of the interview process.
