We are currently developing a brand new Regional Spinal Delivery Network (RSDN) and are looking to recruit a Data Analyst to join the Operational Delivery Network Management Team.

This Operational Delivery Network will cover the North East and North Cumbria region.

RSDNs work with NHS England, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Health Education England and Public Health England to deliver programmes of work to achieve better outcomes for each patient group. The purpose of the RSDN is to drive quality, and improve patient pathways and outcomes. This is achieved through engagement and representation from all its member organisations in collaborative partnership, bringing together clinicians to work together in order to promote the highest quality services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of reports and returns to monitor and report on performance against targets, as well as responding to adhoc requests in a timely manner.

You will have a proven track record in specialist information provision and analysis, and be able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills and experience of interpreting complex information to an advanced level. Ideally, you will also be a proactive problem solver with a desire to drive reporting and analysis developments.

Providing expertise and advice to staff across the Network will require you to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will also be a good team player, who can manage their own workload effectively and work on their own initiative to play an active role in continually improving the Network service we provide.

The post requires regular travel within the network and to national meetings.

The network is currently hosted by South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The network base is at The James Cook University Hospital Middlesbrough.
