Job Details

  • Answering the telephone, directing the call to the correct person or completing the call yourself
  • Making Outbound calls to customers as directed by other members of staff
  • Booking services into the engineers diary and keeping track of customers you may need to call again due to been unsuccessful in contacting them. Geographical knowledge would be advantageous as the services are carried out throughout the country.
  • Taking card payments over the phone
  • Speaking with engineers regarding installations previous/current and future
  • Ordering materials via the merchants website and via phone
  • Contacting customers after installation to confirm the service they received was excellent
  • Processing finance applications with customers
  • Speaking with sales reps regarding their sales
