An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Endoscopy Unit Manager at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The Endoscopy Unit Manager is responsible for the Endoscopy units at The James Cook University Hospital and Friarage Hospital Northallerton as well as Gastroenterology Outpatients at The James Cook University Hospital.

The successful candidate will work in a multi-disciplinary team and should have the ability to influence, motivate and support colleagues within his / her direct team along with the wider multi-disciplinary team.

The role will include supporting the strategic agenda for Endoscopy whilst maintaining effective operational performance.

You will be expected to attend the leadership development programme, and the Quality Improvement Programme that the Trust delivers. This programme aims to:-

Practitioner level in quality improvement, equipping you with the skills to champion, lead and complete quality improvement within your role

After you complete this four and a half days of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities, we offer further in-house courses dependent upon your role and bitesize programmes and leadership apprenticeships at level 3,5 and 7.
