They provide a range of products and services such as plastic ID card printing , ID card printers and Lanyards tailored to meet the requirements of our customers.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting printers efficiently and effectively
Provide hardware support to both external customers and internal users
Logging clear and concise repair reports for the customer correctly
Packing printers up properly for shipping
Administer Return Merchandise Authorisation procedures for the return of hardware
Undertake training to gain and maintain third party accreditation/certification
Provide general service, repair and upgrades to specialist printer hardware
Help to manager loan printer and parts inventory
You will be enrolled on to the award-winning Microsoft Partner Apprenticeship Programme. You will work towards gaining skills across a variety of technical areas including MTA Cloud Fundamentals and MTA Network Fundamentals, these are globally recognised certifications, you will also gain a City and Guilds Diploma in Coding and logic and mobile and operating systems. This will also extend to business processes and project management.

An interest in IT and new technologies
Knowledge of Windows PC administration
Good working knowledge of PC, laptop and printer hardware
Competency in full MS Office suite (incl. MS Access)
Excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal and communication skills
Hardworking, flexible and reliable with a positive 'can do attitude
Knowledge of the following would be a bonus; Hardware servicing/repair, stock management Printer/software installation
You will be willing to work hard and eager to learn
You will be flexible, adaptable, possess the ability to multitask and have good interpersonal skills
Experience within a customer service, administration or sales role is preferred but not essential
You will be highly organised
