Working across the Retail team to assist with all aspects of Insight delivery and account management for one of our largest Retailer clients.

Tasks may typically extend to:
- Ensuring all administration tasks are completed and up to date
- Adherence to Financial reporting KPIs and process
- Collating and analysing client queries
- Building reporting content delivered via IRI's Unify platform
- Contribution and support for client presentations
- Manage the production of materials/documentation to support Bid process
- Compiling and delivering Insight using Retailer sales data
- Provide a back-up within the team during absence, scheduling and coordinating activities as required
- Liaise with internal stakeholders cross market to ensure procedures are adhered to and with Client satisfaction forefront

- Fluent English business speaking and writing
- Analytic and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables
- Creative and advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint to deliver impactful client presentations
- Ability to communicate with clients and interacting with different countries and cultures
- Ability to convey complex information in a simple manner
- Excellent eye for design and detail in presentations
- High level of QC skills

Desired qualifications
- Applicants will be expected to hold A levels (or equivalent) or existing relevant Level 3 qualifications. Other relevant or prior experience may also be considered as an alternative. They should also have achieved qualifications in English and mathematics at a minimum of Level 2 or equivalent, and also demonstrate Information Communication Technology (ICT) skills at this level
Future prospects
- The successful candidates will, on successful completion of the apprenticeship, move into a permanent, full time role at IRI and will work with their line manager to identify the career path that they would like to take, this could be in a commercial, analytics, technical or service role
