Working across the Retail team to assist with all aspects of Insight delivery and account management for one of our largest Retailer clients.

Tasks may typically extend to:
  • Ensuring all administration tasks are completed and up to date
  • Adherence to Financial reporting KPIs and process
  • Collating and analysing client queries
  • Building reporting content delivered via IRI's Unify platform
  • Contribution and support for client presentations
  • Manage the production of materials/documentation to support Bid process
  • Compiling and delivering Insight using Retailer sales data
  • Provide a back-up within the team during absence, scheduling and coordinating activities as required
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders cross market to ensure procedures are adhered to and with Client satisfaction forefront


Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Fluent English business speaking and writing
  • Analytic and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables
  • Creative and advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint to deliver impactful client presentations
  • Ability to communicate with clients and interacting with different countries and cultures
  • Ability to convey complex information in a simple manner
  • Excellent eye for design and detail in presentations
  • High level of QC skills

Desired qualifications

  • Applicants will be expected to hold A levels (or equivalent) or existing relevant Level 3 qualifications. Other relevant or prior experience may also be considered as an alternative. They should also have achieved qualifications in English and mathematics at a minimum of Level 2 or equivalent, and also demonstrate Information Communication Technology (ICT) skills at this level


Future prospects

  • The successful candidates will, on successful completion of the apprenticeship, move into a permanent, full time role at IRI and will work with their line manager to identify the career path that they would like to take, this could be in a commercial, analytics, technical or service role
