The role of Assessor Coach is a fantastic opportunity for those who looking to get into further education. You will be working with Quest's Curriculum team to deliver work-based apprenticeship training in one-to-one and group teaching and learning activities.

The Assessor coach will be:
- Responsible for a cohort of apprentices, working with the e-portfolio system (Ecordia) and adapting and using Quest's teaching and learning curriculum resources
- Work closely with the Head of Curriculum, Lead IQAs and other teaching staff to develop their teaching and learning, and contribute towards curriculum development
- Responsible for booking in their own teaching sessions, preparing resources, communicating with employers, apprentices and Quest staff
- Develop professional relationships with employers and apprentices, ensuring they are meeting the apprenticeship funding rules and are on the correct track
- Completing regular reviews of learning and assessments
- Attending further training to develop CPD and good practice
- Mentoring staff and apprentices
- There is the possibility of face-to-face meetings, so must be willing to travel to complete training off-site
- Teaching will also be completed online via appropiate systems and software
- Represent Quest values in Safeguarding, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, British Values
- Follow all Health & Safety and Data Protection policies and procedures
- Undergo an enhanced DBS check

Desired qualifications
- Level 3 in your vocation subject - this is a requirement to teach in the subject of choice. Currently Quest offer apprenticeships in Childcare, Adult Care, Teaching Assistant, Cleaning, Business and Management
- GCSE/Functional Skills in English and maths A*-C/9-4
Future prospects
- Possibility of doing a further apprenticeship
- Possibility of a job at the end of the apprenticeship
