As a Team Member with Taco Bell, you will be supporting with the day-to-day running of the restaurant.

Day to day responsibilities:
o Ensure every customer is given high quality service and their order is delivered with accuracy
o Meet customer's needs and take steps to solve food or service issues
o Prepare, cook and assemble products using approved procedures
o Sell products utilising the product knowledge and selling techniques training provided
o Serve and pack all products to the required weights and measures
o Use the till in the manner laid down by the Cash Handling Procedures
o Work closely with other staff to develop team spirit
o Maintain a safe working environment and handle responsibilities in a safe manner.

Alongside your day to day work and training, you will be working towards your Hospitality - Food and Beverage L2 standard qualification which will be delivered through a blended social learning experience. This includes but is not limited to 1-to-1 visits from your regional trainer, self-study, and remote visits.
The apprenticeship is a structured, learner and employer focused development programme which is designed to support you on your chosen career path. Once you are signed up onto the apprenticeship programme, you will be able to get students discounts through an NUS card and you will be earning money while studying towards a nationally recognised qualification.
At Taco Bell you will be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months.
