Job Details

As a trusted colleague, you:

  • support the Group Talent & Resourcing Manager, Talent Acquisition Partner(s) & Talent Acquisition Specialist(s) in delivering the agreed operational and strategic recruitment and resourcing plans for ReddeNorthgate UK,
  • are responsible for sourcing and screening activity for a pipeline of volume recruitment campaigns in your designated specialism(s), proactively supporting Talent Acquisition Partner(s), Talent Acquisition Specialist(s) and recruiting managers throughout the campaign to identify the candidate(s) with the required skill-set;
  • manage and communicate with the candidate talent pool in your designated specialism(s), guiding them through our process ensuring an exceptional experience, regardless of outcome;
  • Support the Group Talent & Resourcing Manager and HR stakeholders to improve the group-wide Talent & Resourcing service, developing and deploying new working practices, processes and work flows which are aligned to workforce plans and overall people strategies

Resourcing:

  • To establish effective working relationships with Talent Acquisition Partner(s), Talent Acquisition Specialist(s)  and operational recruiting managers across the ReddeNorthgate Group;
  • To effectively support, manage and fill a pipeline of volume recruitment campaigns within the automotive/bodyshop and branch operations market place to meet business resourcing needs by;
    • Working with the Talent Acquisition Partner(s), Talent Acquisition Specialist(s) and recruiting managers to ensure understanding of the defined role brief, campaign timeframe and the most appropriate recruitment methods to successfully recruit to the role, before starting a recruitment campaign;
    • Sourcing suitably experienced and capable candidates via appropriate channels including online advertising, social media and direct sourcing/profile-mining etc.;
    • Supporting Talent Acquisition Partner(s), Talent Acquisition Specialist(s) and recruiting managers throughout the process by reviewing, screening and qualifying shortlisted candidates for compatibility with the brief;
    • Arranging interviews/assessment centres on behalf of the Talent Acquisition Partner(s), Talent Acquisition Specialist(s) and/or recruiting manager;
    • Acting a point of contact for all candidates in process, providing timely updates and feedback on progress of their application at each stage;
    • Communicating offers to successful candidates and the relevant HR Shared Service team to formally confirm the offer;
    • Liaising with successful candidates to obtain the relevant pre-employment & employment vetting documentation for the role, e.g. proof of eligibility to work, driving licence checks, proof of professional memberships/qualification etc.
  • To ensure the clearly defined, agreed Talent & Resourcing workflows and processes are followed at all times;
  • To support the Group Talent & Resourcing Manager in fostering a culture of service excellence, to deliver outstanding candidate experiences and hiring manager outcomes;
  • To work collaboratively within the Talent and Resourcing team, supporting the Group Talent & Resourcing Manager and other team peers in delivery of wider BAU recruitment campaigns where business needs require (e.g. increased volumes, annual leave etc.)
