An exciting opportunity has arisen for an aspiring First Line Apprentice to join our clients business! The successful applicant will undertake a L3 Information Communication Technician: Technical Support apprenticeship and you will have a great progression opportunity to word towards 2ns and 3rd line support.
You will be providing 1st Line IT support, providing help and advice to a wide range of small businesses that we support. The job role will be to field incoming calls and requests deal with them where possible or escalate onto relevant engineers. There will also be other tasks required to help maintain our customers systems such as check monitoring systems and backup/DR procedures.
