Based in the heart of London, you will kick off your career in Customer Success at GlobalData. It is a permanent role, supported by a 12-month introductory program to teach you the core skills you need to understand, and make an impact with some of our most important clients operating in industries that interest you most.

You will rotate through several teams within Customer Success, gaining exposure to every process and interaction we have with clients. As a Customer Success Graduate, you'll have the opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge within one of our verticals and become an industry expert. You will be able to interact with C-level executives within the top 50 companies for each industry. Alongside this, you will be able to explore other areas of the business including Consulting, Research and Analysis and Account Management.

You will have access to a mentor, courses, and learning sessions hosted by your colleagues, key stakeholders, and senior leaders. We will support you 'on-the-job' to provide an excellent experience for our client organizations. You will also directly impact the growth of GlobalData by having a personal or group project that contributes to improving our internal policies and processes.

Vitally, your experienced, like-minded and friendly teammates will show you the ropes, and a Program Manager will work with you to support you in your career development. You will start to develop your profile as a Customer Success expert, taking you on a journey towards our senior account management roles, and more. What you will do to make an impact for GlobalData customers:

* Ensure that an excellent service is provided for every GlobalData customer


Onboard our clients seamlessly with our subscription-based business intelligence services


Engage, delight and retain clients by supporting business and individual user challenges


Partner with Sales Executives and Account Managers to understand client requirements and support focus groups


Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and become an expert on the vertical


Be the first point of contact to resolve customer issues (product discovery, registration etc) across multiple channels promptly, communicating through email, phone and live chat


Collaborate with our global network of in-house Researchers, Analysts, Consultants and Account Managers to provide more extensive answers to our client's pressing queries


Help formulate and host webinars and training with subject matter experts from across GlobalData to enhance client knowledge and drive product usage


Be the 'voice' of the customer within GlobalData and provide feedback to all other teams to drive continuous product improvement and customer success


Be committed to meeting KPIs, including quality and productivity targets; playing a pivotal role in helping the department to achieve its overall goals

An undergraduate university degree


Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly collaborative manner


Excellent written English skills with precise grammar and spelling


Goal orientated with a positive and energetic attitude


Hard-working, self-motivated, flexible and accommodating


Intellectual curiosity for business, people and culture, and a passion for problem-solving


Well defined prioritization and organizational skills


Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines while maintaining a strong eye for detail


Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel


Previous experience in a part-time customer-orientated role is useful but not essential


Proficiency with CRM software and a business background is helpful but not essential


Languages other than English are advantageous but not a necessity
