- Contribute techniques for quality data analysis to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data interrogation and data insights
- Assist clients with data interrogation, data insights and analysis with attention to all technical aspects within their IT Framework
- Assist with setting data reporting suite with client management, external client stakeholders
- Support others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to legal and company standards
- Assist with reports and data extraction when needed
- Liaise between sales, client services and development staff to identify, analyse, process, and deliver client service requests
- Ensure client service requests are resolved in a fast and professional manner, in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Improve and enforce policies for effective data management
- Monitor and analyse information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them with new technologies and future release upgrades
- Ensure digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses
- Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure a consistent level of data quality and service delivery
- Assist with implementing efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects
- Create and maintain SOPs for regularly recurring service requests and tasks as required
- Proactively identify ways of improving the data and database services delivered
- Actively support, at all times, company policy and best practice in the area of security, with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information
- Support MediaBase Direct (MBD) in terms of achieving consistent service delivery targets

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- An understanding of database design
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn new skills and improve upon existing skills
- Minimum basic knowledge and use of SQL Server 2008 onwards
- Minimum basic knowledge and use of T-SQL / SQL
- Knowledge of developing Tableau dashboards is a plus

Entry requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent English and maths at grade C/4 or above and
- 2x A Levels (1 including maths, economics or ICT), or
- An International Baccalaureate at Level 3 in ICT, or
- A Level 3 apprenticeship in a similar subject, or
- A BTEC Extended Diploma in IT (180 credits, or
