As a Sales & Production Graduate Trainee, you will schedule production orders based on dates specified by customers and evaluate the schedule variation and facilitate any actions required. You will project manage major orders for customers and provide administration support for the Sales & Production Control Team. Supporting with the administration of export compliance, you will communicate with our customers and enquire with external providers regarding raw materials and/or sub-contract requirements.

All that we ask is that you have good communication and interpersonal skills and a pro-active approach. You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. With a strong customer focus, you will be able to plan your own workload and ideally have some experience of MS Office packages.
A basic understanding of metallurgy, production or engineering would be an advantage; however, this is by no means essential.

Hours of work are 08:15 until 16:30, Monday to Thursday and 08:15 until 16:00 on Fridays.
