Job Details

Support the Operational Performance Manger in relation to Management Performance Control. Assist with all operational support activities and the ongoing improvement in organisational support systems.

Conduct first line investigation and gather all evidence relating to cargo discrepancies and other operational process failures.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
  • Collate and comply operational performance data for business reporting processes, inclusive of KPI's for customer airlines
  • Contribute as required in operational processes improvements, systems, data analysis and reporting automation tools
  • Assist with the development and implement appropriate operational procedures, policies, and KPI's; Inclusive of the Read & Sign process and other methods of communication
  • Evaluate existing analytics and operational reports for usability, readability and performance point of view and provide recommendation for improvements
  • Provide support to the Operational Performance Manager in achieving the organisational and departmental Strategic Plan including reviewing performance against the strategic objectives and tracking of the organisation's work plan
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, IT technical staff and peers to define project goals, timeline and identifying and deploying resources to meet target

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

A good understanding of Office 365 including excel for data analysis (pivot table), word and PowerPoint. An understanding of process flows and their creation. Be confident and able to range of other digital software (cargo specific). Preferable understanding of PowerBI, or Qlik Sense.

Personal qualities

An analytical and creative mind is vital. You will need to organised, able to produce reports, presentations for a range of audiences. Attention to detail is key with good time management and an ability to control and manage your own time.

Desired qualifications

•5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
