Account Manager - Finance Broker
My client is an established and award-winning B2B Financial Services provider. They are one of the fastest growing and reputable Finance Intermediaries and they specialising in helping businesses find the best tailored finance solution from their panel of independent lenders and banks. Customer service, partner retention and competitive edge is at the heart of what they do. The business has been going from strength to strength, having grown their team throughout COVID and remaining highly profitable and ambitious for further growth.
We now have a fantastic opportunity for an entry level individual, ideally a recent graduate. This is an oportunity to join their dynamic sales team and fast-track your way to a successful and rewarding future. You will be responsible for attracting new and managing existing relationships with suppliers of equipment, offering financing solutions to their customers, enhancing sales and servicing business. This role will lead into a Business Development Director role within 3 years which will include a much higher salary, car allowance and commission scheme with individuals in this team earning in excess of GBP100,000 regularly.
Financial Services experience is not required as you will receive a long-term structured training and development program within a positive, supportive and fast-paced environment. This will include formal and informal traning, desk side coaching, realistic performance objectives and various resources all to help you achieve and succeed. From day one, individuals will be part of a thriving and supportive team, built on a strong culture of teamwork, success, fun and a winning mentality and will work alongside many who have been through this program before.
This role will be based from their offices near Oldham with free parking available on site. Driving license would be advantageous as it may require the occasional client meeting in the future.
Requirements of the Account Manager - Finance Broker:
- B2B or B2C sales experience
- Excellent communicator and ability to build rapport with all types of people
- Confident telephone manner
- Sound negotiation skills and ability to demonstrate added value
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Strong commercial judgement
- Team player
- Self-motivated with a confident, proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to use own initiative
As a result, you will be rewarded with a fantastic salary of up to GBP25,000 with a total OTE of GBP35,000. You will be on a plan to progress to the next level within 3 years with people earning over GBP100,000 on a regular basis.
