Salary: GBP28k basic/ with GBP12k OTE

Graduate Client Success Manager Role:
As a Graduate Client Success Manager, the successful candidate will embark on this newly created role to enhance customer success with our existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, revenue and retention. You will work with the Customer Success Director, report directly to the CEO and be responsible for a wide range of accounts - from large to small. Other responsibilities will include:
Responding to any inbound enquires that come via the phone or website, understanding the prospects requirements and promoting the company offering as a solution
Hold meetings with existing and prospect clients, demonstrating the company offering and its benefits, and seeking any cross-sell or up-sell opportunities
Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales activity and client details are input in an accurate and timely manner
Maintain strong business relationships within your allocated accounts, keeping regular contact with clients, ensuring the renewal contracts and their awareness of any new services that the company could offer

Graduate Client Success Manager Requirements:
Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must be personable and comfortable engaging with others on a regular basis
Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
