Job Title: Graudate Business Development Executive
Location: Barnwood, Gloucester
Salary: GBP23k basic/ with GBP10-GBP12k OTE

With over 20 years of experience, our client provides a wide range of quality, metrology and lean efficiency systems for the manufacturing industry across the UK and Ireland. Working alongside many manufacturing industries to provide solutions to a variety of requirements in quality control and automation, our client has an extensive knowledge in OEM and industries including aerospace, medical devices and automotive.

They are now looking for confident and hard-working graduates to join their Business Development team! You'll be an integral part of the initial sales progress, so if you are self-motivated and driven, and looking for the next opportunity in your career, our client need your talent in their growing business!

Business Development Executive Package:

A competitive basic salary of GBP23,000
GBP10,000-GBP12,000 OTE, taking your Y1 total earnings up to GBP35,000

Business Development Executive Role:

Gain a thorough knowledge of the company, their offering and the market they operate within in order to educate potential prospects
Research organisations and individuals online to identify new sales leads and potential new markets to target
Perform regular outreach to prospect clients via phone and email, building relationships and establishing rapport, before passing qualified leads to Area Managers
Introduce the company to new organisations, explaining the core capabilities of the company offering, and obtaining relevant contact information and referrals for future discussion
Research the needs of prospect companies, gaining information on who are the key decision makers within the business
Contact responses from marketing campaigns and activities (newsletters, exhibitions and website leads for example)
Ensure that the company CRM system is managed, and that all sales related information is input correctly and in a timely manner
Business Development Executive Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must be confident engaging with others over the phone and in person
IT literate- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Attention to detail
