Salary: GBP30k basic salary/ with GBP10k OTE

Graduate Business Development Representative Role:
Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company offering and the market it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with prospect clients
Research, target and convert potential leads into sales opportunities to grow the company client portfolio
Perform regular prospect outreach via phone calls, emails and social channels, converting viable prospects to active sales leads and creating initial interest in the company offering
Build strong business relationships with prospects and book initial sales meetings for yourself and the commercial team
Manage client queries, diagnosing any challenges, leading to the effective positioning of the company products and services.
Stay up-to-date with current market developments and issues by executing ongoing market research
Work closely with the marketing team to support them with campaigns and follow up any leads generated from them
Graduate Business Development Representative Requirements:
Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you will be interacting with clients at multiple levels on a regular basis!
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
