Our business model is to grow our own elite sales team by providing top class development and mentoring to our sales executives and providing them with mentoring and training to become Business Development Managers within a year. If you are ambitious, confident, driven and money motivated, this is the role for you.

Salary: GBP18,500 - GBP25,000
Based near Thundridge, Hertfordshire

You will be expected to achieve and exceed challenging targets which include lead creation and completing development modules on a range of products, suppliers and software solutions.

Key Requirements

All accepted candidates will be extremely determined, self-motivated, tenacious, and eager to learn and develop their skill set.
Strong persuasion skills with a confident personality.
Educated to a good level at GCSE in Maths and English.
Smartly presented.
Fantastic communication skills with the ability to deliver Mode's clear, confident and professional solutions.
Hardworking, enthusiastic.
Previous experience is not essential.

Basic Salary GBP18,500 - 24K Basic, plus commission.
Excellent Commission structure and incentives for hitting targets.
