Job Title: Graduate Business Development Executive
Salary: GBP25-GBP26k basic (GBP35k OTE)

Graduate Business Development Executive Package:
A competitive basic salary of GBP25,000-GBP26,000
Y1 OTE of up to GBP35,000!

Graduate Business Development Executive Role:
Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the markets it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with prospects
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
Proactively contact prospects through phone calls, emails and social channels to actively book meetings for senior members of the sales team
Build relationships with the key decision makers in accounts generated
Attend face to face and virtual meetings, understanding the buying process
Support and contribute to marketing campaigns
Graduate Business Development Executive Requirements:
Educated to degree level
Full UK driving License
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must enjoy engaging with others, and be confident on the phone and in F2F meetings
Strong interest in a career in Sales, Business Development and Account Management
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
