We are seeking a motived individual who is looking to pursue a career in business administration to join the company to assist a multi functional team in providing first line support to all enquiries and administrative support for the wider team.
* Working closely with the Administration Manager in order to ensure that all reports, correspondence and other documents are completed on time and to the required standard.
* Provide front line support and responses to enquiries sent to the team inbox
* Management of Information Systems to maintain accurate information records
* Assist team leaders in administration tasks including document creation, data entry and general administration
* Arrange team meetings ensuring all actions are followed up and deadlines are met
* Provide support on projects to improve process and functions across the department
