Graduate* Recruitment Coordinator
GBP20,000 - GBP24,000 *Depending on experience
City of London
08.30am - 5:30pm
Fully office based for training period followed by hybrid approachJob Spec:
Supporting the IT recruitment consultants with sourcing candidates for roles
Screening CVs, assessing experience and education levels suitable to a role
Calling candidates to register with branch and discuss job search
Arranging interviews, coordinating meetings and diary invites
Managing the candidate spreadsheet and CRM system
Effectively communicating with consultants to support them
Finding the right talent to match up with positions and fill in a timely manner Requirements:
Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent*
Experience in recruitment would be desirable but not essential
Bright, ambitious and driven
Thrives in a fast paced/sales environment
Flexible and approachable, excellent communication skills
